For over ten years I have had a passion
for health and fitness and the effects
they have on the human body.

I am a mother of a one year old and after
gaining 60lbs during pregnancy and loosing
it all in just 2 months I can say
that I am a living testimony that
no matter how hard it may seem
or how stressed you may be
you can accomplish your goals as
long as you remain focused and dedicated.
