Strollerobics
Strollerobics is a group class designed for moms and their little ones who want to have fun and live a fit lifestyle after pregnancy. Exercises are low impact and easy but are sure to help you break a sweat. All strollerobics classes are held outdoors every Saturday for 30 minutes. Please call 850-778-5552 to reserve your spot.
